Welcome to the Copper Ladle

A good recipe travels.

Keep the dishes you love, try something from another kitchen, and leave the next cook a helpful note.

01 · Settle in

Make your kitchen yours

Verify your email, add a little about yourself, and pick a theme for your profile. Add friends to see their recipes and cooking updates on your wall.

Find your cooking circle

02 · Pass the dish

Share something you make

Write a recipe in your own words, give credit for adaptations, and use a photo you have permission to share. Recipes, comments, reviews, profile updates, and cook notes are screened before publication.

03 · Try a little of everything

Cook, save, and plan

Save recipes into private collections or share a public shelf. Plan your week and print a shopping list. When you make a dish, add a photo and a cook note to its page.

04 · Grow at your pace

A little more seasoned

A published recipe earns 50 XP. Cooking another member's recipe earns 25 XP and gives its author 20. A written review earns 10 XP and its author receives 5. A helpful comment earns 3. Each member and recipe earns interaction rewards once, and your own posts do not earn interaction rewards.

Every 100 XP brings another level, with no maximum. Earn 18 achievement badges and profile titles, plus up to 100 bonus XP through three weekly quests. Reviews earn the same reward at every star rating.

05 · Leave a chair open

Invite a friend

Share your personal invitation link or send an email invitation. Earn 30 XP when your friend verifies their account, then 70 more when they publish their first approved recipe or cook another member's dish.

Invite real people who want to join. Duplicate accounts, automated activity, and coordinated rewards are against the rules.

Bring someone to supper

06 · A table for everyone

Keep it kind

Use reports for spam, unsafe advice, harassment, or copied work. Blocking removes a friendship and hides posts and contact requests between accounts. Recipes and profiles are public; saved recipes, private shelves, meal plans, and account details are private.

Your account settings include a data export, password change, and account deletion.
